Chiaro, the beautifully delicate sister of classic amaro. Our Amaro Chiaro is less bitter and sweeter on the palate compared to traditional amaro. We have delicately balanced 14 botanicals to create a wonderful bouquet of floral and aromatic herbs with soft green notes of mint, prominent citrus and velvety sweetness. Chiaro is the perfect aperitif for summer spritz season.
Amaro, one of Italy’s most iconic aperitif's and famous for its deliciously bitter-sweet flavour that is key to cocktails like the negroni. Our Amaro Classico is at the heart of The Woods award wining product range and is our Pacific Northwest twist on this famous spirit. While most amaro of this style is overwhelmingly orange focussed, our house style holds more delicate notes of citrus and evergreen that are complement by the perfect balance of bitter and sweet.
Our blood orange liqueur Arancello is here. A tantalizingly vibrant addition to your spirits collection, Arancello is crafted using delicious organic blood oranges combined with vacuum distilled raspberry and lime leaf using our iconic vacuum still.
Limoncello is at the heart of Italian liqueurs. Fresh zesty lemons, pure spirit, and sugar are all it takes. We hand peel every fresh organic lemon that goes into our limoncello. After extracting all of the delicious citrus oils from the peels we add vacuum-distilled peppercorn, citrus, and chili pepper to create a bright limoncello with a kick.
The Woods Cascadian Gin brings a west coast twist to london dry gin inspired by the Pacific Northwest. With big bold juniper, herbaceous green pine, and citrus notes each sip feels like you are sitting in the beautiful forests of British Colombia. We wanted to make a punchy, vibrant evergreen gin that can stand up in a G&T or martini and that’s exactly what we did.
What makes a good Vodka- care, purity, and time. Our craft vodka is made from BC grown soft spring wheat, slowly distilled 3 times throgh a large copper column for an extremely clean and crisp spirit. The spirit is then carfefully chill-filtered for several days resulting in an extremely clean vodka with soft notes of citrus zest.
