Distilled in copper pots using the local glacier water from Rainbow Mountain, this spirit is inspired by the surrounding coniferous forest of the high alpine mountains. ​ Using traditional small batch techniques and made with 100% BC grain, our Alpine Gin is a harmonious spirit elevated with natural, hand selected botanicals foraged and sourced from around Whistler and beyond. ​ The result is a higher proof gin with notes of conifers that serves a great companion to keep you warm during the cold and chilly mountain nights.
