Distilled in copper pots using the local glacier water from Rainbow Mountain. Our spring seasonal release is a refreshed version of our popular Cloud 9 release from last spring. Using traditional small small batch techniques and made with 100% BC grain, we amped up the Rose in this years version with the addition of lemon to add freshness. The result is a gin that is floral and fresh with luster dust added to it to give it a visual appeal reminding us of brighter days up ahead.
