18 whole raspberries are generously added to Last Garden Gin to give it a wonderfully fruity twist and produce Loving Dusk Raspberry Gin. A fan describes it as being like a party in her mouth. The party is created by adding sugar to bring out the fruitiness of the raspberries, and citric acid to balance the gin and raspberry, leaving the spirit bright and light, a true sensory delight.
Returning in a batch 2 is Porty Spice! Initially this 100% rye whisky spent four years in a new charred American oak barrel. It was then transferred to a decades old, fruit forward Ruby Port wine cask imported directly from Portugal.

Baijiu (say By-jew) is Chinese hard liquor. The distilling process is similar to making whiskey. Baijiu was traditionally aged in clay jars that were buried underground. It is clear and colourless and has a smooth flavour, a mild, pleasant aroma and a nice finish. Dragon Mist Baijiu is made using a traditional Chinese technique with wheat grown in Dawson Creek, BC and pure, clear Canadian glacial water – that’s all – no other additives or neutral grain spirits from other sources.
